Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Logistics Management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing warehousing and distribution operations as per company policies and procedures.
∎ Manage goods receiving physically and make GRN in SAP within short time.
∎ Responsible for receiving order from showroom and Dealer through SAP and verifying order quantity, showroom priority and justification for delivery through STO (Stock transfer order) in SAP.
∎ Prepare route planning for daily delivery as per order/STO and make daily delivery accordingly.
∎ Analyze of products availability level which are out of stock/lower stock and planning of requirement of products.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Analyze vehicle requirement as per daily delivery and request for vehicle to Transport department.
∎ Manage repair and maintenance of enlisted vehicle of respective location.
∎ Prepare cash expenses bills based on vehicle movement, other expenses of warehouse etc.
∎ Communications and keeping good relationship with sales team/ showroom/ Dealer/ field force.
∎ Preparation of various reports as per management requirement as and when required.
