∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Knowledge on SAP, Logistics Management, Problem solving capacity, Store Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logistics Management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical inspection of Vehicle and report to superior for diagnosis by Workshop.
∎ Visit and monitor repair & maintenance works at Workshop to ensure proper works.
∎ Visit government traffic controlling unit to collect case slip and other docs as required.
∎ Communicate and handle Traffic police issue physically.
∎ Handle accident case physically.
∎ Renewal of Vehicle Fitness certificate, tax-token & other relevant papers in BRTA.
∎ Physically Handle Emergency situation (24*7) accident, traffic, repairs issue.
∎ Sourcing driver and take field test in case of new recruitment.
∎ Raise PR, PO for vehicle repair & maintenance related works in SAP.
∎ Collection of vehicle repair & maintenance Bills, Transport service bills from Vendor and other department bills and process for payment.
∎ Scheduling of vehicle for outbound delivery operation.
∎ Inbound transport planning from Port to Factory/Central warehouse and factory to regional warehouses.
∎ And as per assign job by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ SAP knowledge in Transport Module will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
