Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in HRM / Masters in Any Discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor personnel on SEEP human resource policy to ensure effective implementation in practice.
∎ Implementation of standard work procedure in HR functions including - job design, recruitment, training & development, motivation & engagement & retention and facilities management services.
∎ Monitor employee absenteeism & turnover, counseling on disciplinary facts following periodic review.
∎ Ensure on time recruitment & selection process.
∎ Ensure training & evaluation of employees & trainee.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment, hygiene workplace; reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ Assist management to ensure a performance appraisal system.
∎ Report to management on HR affairs and ensure all documentation & practice.
∎ recruiting training and developing staff
∎ making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
∎ pensions and benefits administration
∎ approving job descriptions and advertisements
∎ looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
∎ organising staff training sessions and activities
∎ monitoring staff performance and attendance
∎ advertising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
∎ ensuring candidates have the right to work on the organization
∎ negotiating salaries, contracts working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives
∎ making entry in software, website and IT activities
∎ any other works assigned by the SEEP
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) experience but it is not mandatory.
∎ Must have experience in ICT
∎ Language Requirements:
∎ Good command in English language is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Knowledge of computer operation especially on ms word, excel and power point.
Salary:
∎ Salary and benefits shall be offered as per SEEP`s HR policy.Gross remuneration for training period (1month) is Tk 7000.00 Gross salary for probation period (6 month) is Tk 18.000.00 and After job confirmation salary will be as per pay scale Total (Tk 22,627.00)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After job confirmation mobile bill will get Tk 800, daily food allowance (working day only) tk 50, provident fund, gratuity, two festival bonus, Bangla New Year Bonus and Annual increment.
