∎ MBA in HRM / Graduate with PGD in HRM.

∎ Must have at least 3 years of experience in the administration department of any organization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining documents, recruitments & staff management of the company.
∎ To maintain & follow up office activities, smooth running & developing staffs.
∎ To prepare all types of letter for both domestic & international correspondence.
∎ To create & update HR files, maintain employees' personal files, prepare attendance report, produce & distribute related reports.
∎ To keep record of the official program & inform the management for necessary action.
∎ To prepare Internal and external email correspondence.
∎ Should be smart & good in public relation.
∎ To make performance report and issuing joining report.
∎ Arrange the meeting and inform the relevant member of the participants.
∎ Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
∎ Oversee general facility maintenance (lighting, AC, water systems, etc.)
∎ Maintain first aid stock and ensure workplace hygiene and safety.
∎ Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment including office beautification.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
