Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline, but Finance/Accounts is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Credit/Hire Sales Plaza.
∎ HP system implement at software and monitor/upgrade the software time to time.
∎ Continues HP Training Provide to Showroom employees.
∎ Prepared and submission the HP credit limit for hire sales to reporting manager.
∎ Closely monitor and check installment collection to HP.
∎ Review HP policy according to market requirement.
∎ Submit receivable report to reporting management and taking decisions and advise all credit or hire sales related issue.
∎ Visit respective area under respective plaza and arrange program or campaigning for business expands.
∎ Communication with the other departments/departments head to solve the raised the crisis which in plaza related issues.
∎ Propose bad hire accounts for adjustment after proper monitoring and field visit, justification by the proper channel.
∎ Control receivable management.
∎ Identifying market segment and selecting target markets.
∎ Ensure daily time based workplan, summary report, tour plan and weekly market visit plan and sales forecast.
∎ For making a forecasting budget to achieve the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress report of hire sales activities against yearly hire sales target.
∎ Ensure hire sales growth of respective local area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very well verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong Presentation skills.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
∎ Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills.
