Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Indent preparation for any material.
∎ GRN capability for storing receiving material.
∎ Daily RM & PM stock maintained in software.
∎ Capability to face month-wise audit for store RM & PM all spare parts.
∎ Daily material issue to production dept through proper indent.
∎ Raw material receiving process should be 100% authentic.
∎ Maintain proper official communication with SCM, and IT for store-related work and support.
∎ Inform factory G.M about the daily stock position of RM & PM and also inform high priority needful material.
∎ Enable to work for a store with software.
∎ Seek factory G.M help for the smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Context:
∎ The Store Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all material-related functions in the store, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, including raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), and spare parts. This role ensures the smooth operation of the store and supports production requirements.
