∎ Bachelor/Honors, Diploma

∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ At Least 2 to 3 year(s) sales experience in FMCG and AGRO business.
∎ Ability to travel frequently within territory & physically fit.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite and data entry.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and basic arithmetic knowledge.
∎ Ability to handle work pressure and extended working hours.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all operative tasks of assigned FFC.
∎ Achieve weekly, monthly targets for primary, secondary, and tertiary sales.
∎ Ensure visibility of POSM materials within FFC area and conduct different Fashol events
∎ Identify potential Bepari/Farmer within the assigned FFC.
∎ Collect purchase orders from centers and distribute as per instructions.
∎ Maintain good relations with farmers, Bepari, and clients.
∎ Maintain a client database and follow up regularly.
∎ Maintain Farmer KYC and input to the ERP software.
