∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Familiar with SAP ERP system, Fluent In English, Good comunication skill, Teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper inventory management & operation of engineering stores in Pharma Plant.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over material control activities regarding engineering store.
∎ Initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures regarding all kind of materials management.
∎ Receiving store materials, accessories from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distributing store materials, accessories, spare parts to production floor as per requisition through SAP HANA system.
∎ Ensure timely loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinate with inter department or supplier.
∎ Ensure all goods receive and issuing of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Should have sound communication skills to inter department, also cooperation with inter project and commercial team.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Preparing Report –Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to authority.
∎ Make requisition of all kinds of engineering item, accessories etc. to meet smooth production and operation.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
