Distribution, Inventory management, Logistics, Reporting, Store inventory, team work, Warehouse activities, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day operation and management of depot
∎ Regularly communicate with business head, RSM/ASM/TM, marketing people and others depot in charge.
∎ Arrange transport to transfer product to others depot, regularly look after product loading and disbursement at early morning
∎ Product delivery monitoring
∎ FIFO checking
∎ Daily check stock and bin card, fill up daily checklist & sign register
∎ Monitoring daily sales and follow up weekly sales and expenses report
∎ Prepare monthly distribution report and find difference with previous year
∎ Monitor route cost
∎ Depot Vehicle Maintenance & Monitoring
∎ Invoice checking, daily petty cash bill check & sign
∎ Monitor short date product and discuss in sales team meeting every month
∎ COD order & collection monitoring and record approval.
∎ Analysis product forecast and send requisition to factory
∎ Arrange weekly meeting
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
