Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking daily product receiving at CDC.
∎ Preparing product allocation plans for individual stores.
∎ Uploading allocation plan in IFS system.
∎ Determining category-wise product price ranges for each store and allocating products based on that.
∎ Monitoring daily invoice generation in the system as per route plan.
∎ Prioritizing product allocation for retail stores if products are partially received in CDC based on route plan and priority stores.
∎ Monitoring product delivery from CDC after invoice generation (in transit).
∎ Monitoring daily replenishment in the top twenty-five stores.
∎ Monitoring sales of allocated products in-store and asking for clarification/plan to increase sales if sales are poor.
∎ Maintaining daily communication with store managers on product requirements.
∎ Visiting store once a week to understand product performance/product display and take feedback from store employees on product replenishment.
∎ Preparing and sharing inter-transfer plans for the allocated categories for stores.
∎ Monitoring physical execution of inter-transfer plan within the agreed timeline.
∎ Manual invoicing of products from CDC if required.
∎ Mobilization of slow-moving inventories based on store performance.
∎ Identifying system issues of automation and collaborating with IT for a faster solution.
∎ Keeping category-wise retail store's display capacity up to date and incorporated in daily allocation planning.
∎ Setting priority/weightage of each store for each category in IFS system.
∎ Reporting store-wise, SKU-wise sales performance monthly for assigned category
∎ Day-to-day understanding of product in collaboration with product manager
