Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly distribution plan.
∎ Process sales order on daily basis, preparing invoices and gate passes and Distribute products along with documents.
∎ Manage delivery operations including delivery truck / van route to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery.
∎ Maintain Minimum Stock Level at the warehouse.
∎ Prepare periodic reports and provide it to superior
∎ Coordinate logistic support from production department for day-to-day operation.
∎ Supervise & control overall warehouse & distribution operations.
∎ Maintain the roster process of labor
∎ Coordinate with truck/Van drivers
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products from warehouse to distribution point.
∎ Handle returns or replacement of defected products & manage those efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Knowledge on operating software system is preferable
