Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create sales orders as per ASM/RSM/SPO/Dealers requirement in ERP Software (VA01).
∎ Create loading advice/delivery challan as per sales order (VA01N).
∎ Creative production order as per sales and delivery (MD01), (MD04).
∎ Confirm production data entry in ERP software (CO11N)
∎ Make sure packing and PGI (VL02N & ZCGP).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to the higher authority.
∎ Monitor track and vassal loading point guide and maintain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience as a delivery officer in the Paper industry will get preference.
