Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a clear knowledge of Exp, EPB, B/L, IP, EP and other documents related to commercial responsibilities.
∎ Should have clear ideas in the field of Export & Import through L/C & T/T, Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues.
∎ Do all work related to BEPZA.
∎ Comply with documentation of BEPZA (IP, EP) related activities.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with the freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare & ensure required documentation for bond license/Audit for renewal.
∎ Follow up & prepare PRC of Bank for customs audit.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, BEPZA, Custom House and EPZ Customs, Freight Forwarders, Transport for execution of Import &Export purpose etc.
∎ Issuing consumption report & maintain bond resister.
∎ To make the Audit report (Export Proceed Realization Certificate) individually.
∎ To make the Audit report (Import-Export Performance of Fabrics & Accessories) individually.
∎ Customs Bond work: For Up-to-Date General Bond, Customs Audit Export Proceed Realization (PRC) statement ready, all certificate and documents submitted to Customs according to Customs Office instruction.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Bond license renewal, General Bond Renewal, All license and Certificate Renewal.
∎ To handle port & custom's operation effectively.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ The applicant must have broad knowledge on C&F, total export documents preparing, LC opening, dealing with C&F agents and customs.
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ 3-5 (s) years of practical experience in the commercial department of EPZ enterprise.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Custom Audit.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Should have experience in the same role of Commercial division for about at least 03 years in EPZ enterprise.
∎ Should be well known about the BEPZA import & Export rules.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
∎ Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Import & Export Policy in EPZ.
∎ Preference will be given the applicant should have knowledge about customs audit.
∎ Preference will be given to applicant who has work experience in EPZ
∎ Having sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Commercial (Import & Export) Working Experience in BEPZA zone.
Salary: Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
