Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering with major in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Power/ Computer Science from any reputed Polytechnic Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & check pre- approval copy from Engineering, Project Management, IT, HR & Admin Department
∎ Sourcing new suppliers for better price and quality product
∎ Contact with suppliers for final negotiation and provide work order based on pre-approval
∎ Prepare a comparative statement with price quotation
∎ Provide work order/ cash purchase as per approval
∎ Follow UP the delivery within deadline
∎ Bill preparation for payment to party
∎ Collect all necessary documents of procurement from all responsible person/ manufacturer/ supplier/ vendor and ensure archiving all receipts
∎ Maintain proper records of the procurement and ensure smooth payment to party
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of experiences in the SCM or Commercial department of any reputed organization
∎ Understanding and knowledge about P&lD, Drawing and engineering items & requirements for Electrical/ Mechanical/ Power Engineering background's candidates
∎ Depth knowledge in TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN and Hardware & Networking products (Desktop, Laptop, Server, Scanner, Printer, Switch Souter, CCTV System etc.) is required for CSE background's candidates
∎ Experience in engineering or IT procurement will be given preference
∎ Expert user of MS Office
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, confident, and able to work under pressure
