∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call centre training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give technical solution to the client over telephone.
∎ Assist the client to access to the necessary software.
∎ Must be ready to do duty at evening and night shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Internet.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
