Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors from any reputed university
∎ 3rd division/Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate the hotline for Aarong's health security scheme for artisans.
∎ Receive phone calls from artisans with a positive and empathetic attitude and coordinate appropriate actions accordingly.
∎ Recording all data and information regarding each case within CommCare database and excel.
∎ Liaison with BRAC Health programme field staff to receive confirmation of beneficiary's status.
∎ Liaison with Ayesha Abed Foundation accounts to send beneficiary benefit via bKash.
∎ Keep beneficiary and family members fully informed of status of case.
∎ Ensure all parties are content and working correctly and punctually through tactical communication skills.
∎ Ensure that all cases are dealt with promptly and effectively.
∎ Gather data and presenting it in reports when necessary to complete a monthly HSS report.
∎ Trouble-shoot and problem-solve where and when required and providing other officers with suggested adaption of scheme particularly regarding process.
∎ Monitor the scheme particularly to ensure satisfaction of beneficiaries with scheme.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 year job experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service/Customer care
∎ Must have excellent written and spoken English skill and Bangla
∎ Must have good presentation, communication and problem solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
