Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange meeting, workshops, conference as required.
∎ Coordinate events of HCMO as required.
∎ Arrange hotel booking, ticketing and accommodation for visitors & guest.
∎ Closely work with Procurement and other support services teams for ensure smooth administrative operations.
∎ Manager electricity supply, generator service etc. effectively & efficiently.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, proper wastage management, proper washroom facilities as required.
∎ Ensure projects' procurement/ purchase requisition activities in coordination with procurement team, HCMP.
∎ Be responsible for administrative logistics supports to sector/ programme.
∎ Assist Manager, Admin to ensure admin supports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Have good reporting skill.
∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Have ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Have excellent language skills both English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
