Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all compliance certification like ISO, Fire license, Acid use license, Environmental clearance certificate, Factory license, BSTI license, Boiler license, Diesel license Etc.
∎ Maintain personal files of both officers and workers.
∎ Maintain all documentation and assist different department.
∎ Ensure all kinds of documentation of newly joined employee and issue Identity card.
∎ Organize meeting as per office rules and send meeting minutes to Head office.
∎ Preserve all necessary documents in a safe custody.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters of employees & workers according to labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain leave register for officers and factory workers.
∎ Organize firefighting practice.
∎ Ensure factory over all cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Assist account department at the time of payment salary, overtime and bonus.
∎ Monitor the factory transport movement.
∎ Keep close liaison with Head office HR and Admin department.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned and entrusted by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent communication skills both English and Bengali .
∎ Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and power point etc.)
