Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/BA/MA/O LEVEL.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees.
∎ Maintenance of foreign corresponding by email or phone and handling other systems.
∎ Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
∎ Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
∎ Necessary support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
∎ Assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age At any year(s)
∎ Computer knowledge people will be get change priority basis, computer literacy (MS Office, Internet application).
∎ Having relevant front desk and secretariat course will be given preference
∎ Experience in the related field will get preference
