Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and specifications
∎ Maintain updated drawings and change records (As-Built, revisions)
∎ Draft technical submittals, RFIs, and correspondence
∎ Coordinate between consultants, site teams, and suppliers
∎ Monitor project schedule and assist in planning updates
∎ Track progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
∎ Ensure works comply with design and standards
∎ Maintain QA/QC documentation with checklists and reports
∎ Record material test results, inspections, and approvals
∎ Prepare material requests (MRF) as per project needs
∎ Coordinate with procurement and store teams
∎ Verify delivery and usage records
∎ Assist site engineers with layout, quantity verification, and daily logs
∎ Support subcontractor coordination and work inspection
