Job Context:

∎ This job basically contractual, probation is 3 months, then into standard staff.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a sense of responsibility, honest and sincere.
∎ All rules of the organization must be followed.
∎ Must have Good, fast Computer Typing Skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to make composition after dictation.
∎ Make appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed.
∎ Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
∎ Keeping an inventory of office supplies.
∎ Maintaining files.
∎ Answering phone calls.
∎ Taking and delivering messages/ files/ documentation to Bank or other Offices.
∎ To make liaison/ contact the all categories of service provider for office maintenance.
