Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Opening Office in time.
∎ Assisting in office work as required, which may include clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and running errands.
∎ Refilling water bottles for use by officers or staff as needed.
∎ Maintaining awareness of all the stationery and other requirements needed in a meeting hall.
∎ Keeping the office clean, which includes ensuring that tables, chairs, almirahs, windows, book-shelves, cubicles, and cabins are tidy.
∎ Checking systems before leaving the office to ensure that all electronics are switched off and doors and windows are securely closed.
∎ Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
∎ Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees.
∎ Serving tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
