Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
∎ Support the onboarding or orientation of the workers and junior staff.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary actions and conduct departmental inquiries & grievances.
∎ Prepare Manpower budget and provide reports to management.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing for newcomers, and exit interviews of the leaving employees.
∎ Assist in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
∎ Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
∎ Other assignments given by the management and reporting head.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
