∎ Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 5-6 years' experience about wire cutting machine operation.
∎ Have to good knowledge about metal mould materials & cutting into wire cut machine as per instructions or design sheet.
∎ Design, drawing of specific mould using Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Well knowledge about mould metal & heat treatment.
∎ Working experience in a metal industry.
∎ Also have to operate milling, drilling, lathe, surface grinding and others machine as required.
∎ Good knowledge about mould, die setting, mould, die repairing & maintenance.
∎ Have to take preventive measure for using mould, die and others tools in press machine.
∎ Having good knowledge for mould metal requisition through local purchaser with specification & coordinating properly by getting within deadline.
∎ Also any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
