Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Basic degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or Master’s degree is desired.
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experiences in Mould designing with 3D CAD experiences Software based required.
∎ Software based working is MUST.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the Precision Mould on the basis of Software like Applications, solid works and Alpha cam other parallel software particularly for Moulds, which are presently use in this Industries.
∎ He must have a full knowledge starting from Designing, Assembling of the Mould with highest precision.
∎ Mould design should be cost effective concept.
∎ Knowledge of 3D for making Moulds is very essential and Incumbent must have a strong knowledge of 3D, CAD skill for simulation studies of the new Mould.
∎ Develop and integrate new Mould design application.
∎ He must have a thorough knowledge of Hot Runner Mould and etc. This is a MUST.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess deep technical mastery of mold design on Software based.
∎ Laser welding Machine for Mould repair is MUST.
∎ Mould repair experience is MUST and ESSENTIAL.
∎ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions and with customers.
∎ Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.
∎ Ability to work successfully under pressure of Target time limit and frequent changes to a heavy workload.
∎ Ability to work with outside vendors.
