∎ Analyzing previous and current organizational behavior
∎ Leading to discover the ways in which motivation in lacking.
∎ Creating strategies & solutions to improve performance and to boost team spirit
∎ Advising on ways to achieve specific goals
∎ Supervising to motivate the group or the individual will achieve results faster

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
