∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, media.
∎ Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier/Davinci Resolve and other graphic design tools.
∎ Expert in GIF & Rich Media Creative Designing.
∎ Passion for marketing and digital branding in the real estate sector.
∎ Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier/Davinci Resolve and other graphic design tools.
∎ Experience in content creation and visual storytelling for marketing.
∎ Ability to think creatively and develop eye-catching promotional materials.
∎ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools (beneficial for architectural presentations).
∎ Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
∎ Expert in GIF & Rich Media Creative Designing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and ad creative.
∎ Develop architectural layouts, master plans, and concept visuals for promotional purposes.
∎ Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns).
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand identity through creative visuals.
∎ Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and implement innovative design strategies.
∎ We are looking for a creative and marketing-driven professional who specializes in graphical presentation for real estate marketing. While an architectural background is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and visual storytelling, with expertise in creating compelling marketing materials for the real estate industry.
