Responsibilities & Context:
∎ File Movement as per instruction.
∎ To serve Water, Tea/ Coffee etc. to the officers and guests.
∎ Cleaning Furniture, office etc.
∎ Maintaining office file as per instruction.
∎ Furniture movement as per instruction.
∎ Operating AC, Light etc.
∎ Preparing room for conducting class, meeting and program etc.
∎ Ensuring washing of prayer mat, towel etc.
∎ Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as and when required as per instruction of the higher authority.
∎ File Movement as per instruction.
