∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good relationship with potential buyers
∎ Negotiate and finalize customer terms and conditions, costing, pricing and delivery timelines jointly with the management
∎ Carry out Market research, sales analysis and create new ideas to boost the export activities
∎ Create strategy road map to achieve revenue targets
∎ Track team performance at overall level and individual level and provide motivation and guidance wherever required
∎ Track globally prevalent designs, customer requirements and future trends
∎ Establish marketing and merchandising process flow
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of Footwear costing.
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of footwear

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leather and Footwear Experience

Salary: Negotiable
