Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not mandatory.Proficiency in Design Tools: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Motion Graphics: Strong understanding of motion graphics with hands-on experience in tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and effectively.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to inspire and foster a creative learning environment.Student Evaluation: Capability to assess and provide constructive feedback on students' work, helping them grow and improve their skills.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional design work, including various creative projects.
