Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform diagnostic tests on blood, tissue, and other body fluids using advanced laboratory equipment.
∎ Analyze test results and provide accurate, timely information to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
∎ Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, cell counters, and automated analyzers.
∎ Document findings clearly and communicate results to physicians and relevant healthcare staff.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations when handling samples and chemicals.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all laboratory procedures and uphold patient data confidentiality.
∎ Collaborate with medical teams for better patient care and treatment planning.
