• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Skillfully collect blood samples from patients, with particular expertise in handling critical pediatric cases.

• Accurately receive, label, and analyze various samples, including blood and tissue.

• Operating specialized laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.

• Properly organize and store all chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases in compliance with safety guidelines.

• Ensuring that laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly and verifying the quality and expiration dates of chemicals and reagents.

• Adhering to strict procedures and quality control measures to ensure accurate results and Analyzing data to identify abnormalities or trends.

• Conduct laboratory tests following standard procedures, document observations, and interpret the results.

• Accurately record all data and results in the required forms, both on paper and electronically.

• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols at all times and keep the laboratory environment clean and organized.
