Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with PGT Gyne & Obs, trained on CMU-Ultra
∎ Minimum one year experience in similar position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing quality healthcare services in hospital OPD, IPD, and in Outreach health camp for maternal and child health, reproductive health including family planning, general healthcare etc.
∎ Call consultant/Surgeon/Anesthetist when necessary for arranging OT services.
∎ Visit the wards & cabins with clinical team and provide feedback to full team for further improvement.
∎ Providing USG service as patient required.
∎ To ensure record keeping- clinical & non- clinical such as OPD service, IPD service, History taking, Diagnosis, Investigations etc.
∎ Assist in OT as and when need for EoMC service and other emergency surgical care.
∎ Providing special care of admitted patients followed by investigations and treatment guidance.
∎ Providing clinical examination and advice for necessary pathological/laboratory advice as patient need.
∎ Proactively maintain health and safety for clients and staffs.
∎ Promotes and ensure infection control standards.
∎ Contributes to quality and risk planning and monitoring.
∎ Arrange out specific procedures e.g. specialist consultation/surgery.
∎ Ensure timely patient follow up, maintain appropriate records, Deaths register/death certificate, discharge summary etc.
∎ To comply with all policies, procedures of Hospital and Muslim Aid.
∎ Assist HM/PMO to prepare monthly report..
∎ Support Admin officer in carrying the hospital administrative functions delivering.
∎ Support Account Officer carrying the efficient financial control hospital if necessary
∎ Contribute for Muslim Aid Healthcare and Nutrition Services as and when assigned by Hospital Manager.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ OT assist fee and USG service fee will be included as current rate.
