∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Should have experience in workers fitness checking in Garments.
∎ Clinical risk management experience.
∎ Risk management experience and issues especially in the ready-made garments industry.
∎ Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
∎ Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practices.
∎ Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
∎ Ability to keep abreast of advancements in the field of specialization.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Medical fitness test for new workers at (Company's Ground Floor Premises).
∎ To attend to patients indoors. Refer serious and critical patients to Govt. hospitals/ specialized hospitals if required.
∎ Supervise the work of medical assistants and nurses.
∎ Conduct seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health, or any epidemic breaks out.
∎ Implement and provide Primary Health Care services.
∎ Recommend sick leave for the workers and staff according to the company's rules and regulations.
∎ Recommend maternity leave for pregnant workers and staff according to Labour Law.
∎ Arrange the first-aid training and maintain the register.
∎ Taking training for workers' health awareness.
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each Medical Staff and ensure the KPI.
∎ Performing physical exams on workers/employees, including checking for signs of disease, trauma, or other medical conditions
∎ Diagnosing individuals' medical conditions and providing them with treatment plans to treat their conditions
∎ Providing counselling or other psychological services to patients with mental health issues
∎ Teaching patients about their condition and how to manage it
∎ Providing advice about preventative health care practices such as diet and exercise
∎ Maintaining records of patient visits and treatment planstoo track patient progress
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as a Medical Officer for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.
