Job Responsibilities:
∎ The initial assessment of all patients admitted the care as per hospital policy and ordering of investigation and treatment as per instruction from the primary consultants.
∎ Attend to the floor as soon as the patient is admitted and see all previous reports and inform the patient's consultant.
∎ During on call duty must attend the patient immediately and shall carry out the investigations with all the privacy and confidentiality.
∎ All the assessment & reassessments are conducted daily for the patients and to see the referral patients and brief the consultants.
∎ Responsible for sending the patient for the appropriate investigation as directed by the primary consultant and also to authorize investigations, which are urgent.
∎ He / She will complete the In-Patient rounds every day before, and fill the case sheets and progress notes & all the necessary documents.
∎ Continually monitor and review patient progress and adjust the management plan specially when necessary and to take appropriate initiatives in Medical and surgical emergencies when required.
∎ Responsible to manage and support all related clinical activities in the department in absence of primary Consultant.
∎ Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient's right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
∎ An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the history and physical examination.
∎ To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings.
∎ Continually monitor and review patient progress and adjust the management plan when & take appropriate initiatives in medical emergencies when required.
∎ Preparation of discharge summaries well in time and briefing the patient about the medications on discharge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Regular basis duty.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
