- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
MBBS with BMDC Registration & minimum 2-3 Years working experience in related post.
FCPS Part-1 / MD Part-1 will be preferable.
PGT (At least 1 year experience in Govt. Or BIRDEM Hospital)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years
Skills Required: Good communication skills,Internet Browsing,MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
Good command of spoken and written English. Strong communication skill.
Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice.
Good command over Bangla and English.
Good computer skill: MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet browsing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software & Hospital management software.
Experience in large organization is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to implement total clinical activities of the hospital /department under a Consultant.
Responsible to manage and support all related clinical activities in the department in absence of the consultant/specialist doctor.
Develop and approve the monthly plan of clinical activities.
Reporting of clinical activities and submit report.
To supervise the patient scheduling, medical records.
Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient`s right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
An adequate assessment of the patient`s condition, based on the history and physical examination.
To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
