Responsibilities & Context:
∎ R&G (BD) Garment CO., Ltd. a 100% export- oriented Chinese Garments Industry in Bangladesh is looking for ambitions, enthusiastic, individuals to join it's team.
∎ Properly monitoring medical team effectively & efficiently.
∎ Look after the heath care, general treatment and minor surgical treatment of employees (Workers/ staffs) and their families.
∎ Conduct training on safety, Health & Environment.Primary management of accidental injuries.
∎ Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue.
∎ Develop injury and incident prevention strategies.
∎ Implement company health and hygiene policy and procedure under his/her functional area.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
