Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure diagnostic and clinical services according to medical norms, practices and govt. policies.
∎ Render necessary support to the executive team to initiate procedures, regulations and programs to benefit the patients and improve health center facilities.
∎ Develop behavioral framework for the professionals engaged with the diagnostic and health care center and guide the team to ensure professional behavior, integrity and unity.
∎ Ensure readiness of the center in terms of availability of equipment and physical facilities to render required diagnostic and clinical services.
∎ Ensure availability of consultant/surgeon/anesthetist when necessary for rendering OT services.
∎ Ensure quality services in Lab, OPD, IPD, and outreach health camps
∎ Ensure proper care/ nursing to the admitted patients as per requirement.
∎ Ensure referral of critical patients to specialized physicians or hospitals.
∎ Monitor clinical performance and suggest ways to improve it.
∎ Develop performance monitoring tools and ensure documentation and reporting.
∎ Advice on and oversee procurement and storage of medicine as well as its distribution.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and private health service providing agencies/bodies to explore opportunities for professional collaboration.
∎ Maintain regular communication with CZM Head Office to seek advice on professional issues and remain on track in respect of internal compliance.
∎ Perform other duties as may be required to serve the purpose of the position and interest of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in hospital/clinic/diagnostic center management
∎ Smart, pro-active, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Proven ability to guide/manage a team of consultants, physicians, nurse, midwives, paramedics
∎ Ability and willingness to work for the zakat deserving, poor and underprivileged people
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
