∎ Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.
∎ Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
∎ Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are required.
∎ Competency in advanced life support skills.
∎ Conversant with MS-Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure overall health and safety within the factories.
∎ Perform periodic health checkups for workers and staff.
∎ Conduct health checkups for employees at the time of recruitment.
∎ Prescribe medicine and provide medical advice to attending patients.
∎ Administer first aid to emergency patients and, if necessary, refer them to specialized nearby hospitals with proper notification to factory management.
∎ Maintain records of sickness, injuries, or accidents and analyze these records to minimize such incidents.
∎ Strategically plan to maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
∎ Conduct health-related training programs to raise awareness about health and hygiene.
