Job Responsibilities:
∎ Health and safety compliance: Ensure that the garments factory complies with all relevant health and safety regulations and standard set for both local, state and national authorities.
∎ Medical emergency preparedness: Develop and implement protocols for handling medical emergencies in the workplace, such as injuries, accidents, or sudden illness.
∎ First Aid: train employees on basic first aid techniques and ensure that first aid kids are readily available and well maintained throughout the facility.
∎ Issue fitness Certificate, age estimation certificate at the time of recruitment.
∎ Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
∎ During the pregnancy period check the health status of pregnant worker's weekly basis and keeps a register.
∎ Provide sickness leave recommendation to the employees after physical checking and verifying documents as well as sick leave and certificate.
∎ Refer the serious and critical patients to the hospital if required.
∎ Provides basic health guidelines to employees.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
