Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disseminate scientific information to Doctors and Health Care Professionals on regular basis via face-2-face and digital channels.
∎ Achieve Sales target through continuous prescription generation.
∎ Create consistent and increasing demand of the assigned products.
∎ Positively drive to ensure growth in Health Care Professional/Key Opinion Leader base.
∎ Secure orders from chemists/pharmacies/institutions.
∎ Arrange physical/virtual events with doctors.
∎ Achieve & secure Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Digital KPIs.
∎ Continuously update own knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ What you'll bring to this role:
∎ Experience in Pharma industry will be an added advantage.
∎ As it is a field-based job, willingness to travel throughout the country is required.
∎ Understanding of pharma sales business/operations and dynamics will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ High level of integrity and ethical standards.
∎ Tech-savviness to engage with HCPs digitally
