Job Context:
∎ KDS Logistics Ltd., the logistics wing of KDS Group, situated in Chittagong; has been leading the ICD/OFF DOCK industry since a long time with the best-in-class services to its clients. We are looking for a passionate Medical assistant for providing support to ensure efficient operation of patient care and assists with physician by performing of variety of basic duties for them.
∎ Workplace: Work at Depot
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Medical Officer in medical procedures.
∎ Interview patients and document medical history.
∎ Check with patients and type up patient's chart.
∎ Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients.
∎ Prepare room before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each day to ensure all is in approved SOP.
∎ Provide pre-care and post-care instructions as needed.
∎ Provide First Aid training to office staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum two (02) years of experience Logistics/Off Dock/Customer Service/Factory is preferred.
∎ Maintain and record investigation report of patient.
∎ Maintain medical equipment.
∎ Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
∎ Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
