Job Context:
∎ We are looking for bright and competent individuals who will contribute to our mission of Reimagining Medicines and delivering Novartis` commitment to patients which involves removing knowledge barriers between Novartis and stakeholders through Medical activities
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (might need to travel as and when required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To drive the development & implementation of medical strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional team (e.g Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access) to address the strategic imperatives for the brands
∎ To drive up-to-date medical & clinical expertise and ensure Novartis scientific message delivery to key influencers and stakeholders in collaboration with Country, Regional and Global team members for the execution of relevant projects
∎ To develop & maintain scientific relationship with Key Opinion Leaders/Scientific Society to drive scientific advocacy
∎ To collaborate proactively internally on clinical trials & other clinical projects to maximize KOL development/advocacy plans and facilitate the development of scientific communication plans
∎ To design & conduct local Phase IV/PMS studies as per relevant Global & local and publish scientifically credible data to ensure better treatment outcome for the patients
∎ Other responsibilities based on Novartis Medical activities and business requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability and be an excellent team player to achieve organizational goal
∎ Able to contribute to the planning and execution of the project with management, strategic, tactical and operational skills in
∎ A self-driven attitude, be dynamic, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind combined with problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Well conversant in computer applications especially in Microsoft Office & Power point
∎ Good understanding of GCP
