∎ Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers on complex projects from initiation to completion.
∎ 2.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
∎ 3.Conduct comprehensive analyses to accurately estimate project budgets.
∎ 4.Apply strong mechanical design principles to produce detailed designs and utilize AutoCAD for creating shop/as-built drawings.
∎ 5.Oversee the execution phase of projects, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, industry quality standards, and established timelines.
∎ 6.Possess in-depth knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for design and implementation.
∎ 7.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of tendering processes.
