Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any Reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
∎ Develop and maintain regular maintenance checklist at each machinery points of the factory.
∎ Keep required spare parts back up stock for each mechanical equipment's.
∎ Periodical evaluation of all system, products, components and application by designing and testing methods.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
∎ Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

∎ Have to involve in innovative works with developing mindset.
∎ Willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Proven leadership, problem-solving skill and ability.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Computer.

Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
