Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the equipment and machinery that is use in the manufacturing unit of the company.
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, power equipment's of the factory.
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning of Generator & Machines and its related supporting equipment including Maintenance and spare parts.
∎ Monitor the scheduled and routine maintenance activities to ensure work carried out as per specifications and procedures.
∎ Responsible for all Electrical, Electronics & Utility works of the Factory including Generator, Chiller, and Boiler.
∎ Procurement of important spares and follow-up of purchase of spares to ensure delivery.
∎ To ensure timely procurement of spares and machine spares to reduce breakdowns and down time.
∎ Develop and implement operating and safety procedures for equipment operation and training staff.
∎ Attend various inter-discipline, inter-departmental meeting for co-ordination and resolving various plant related issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with HSE requirements without compromise.
∎ Develop modification proposals for plant to make it more reliable and available.
∎ Quickly response calls for repair works.
∎ Writing reports and compiling data.
∎ Inform the management of new machinery that might be required for the factory.
