∎ • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, steam and water systems, and
∎ textile machinery
∎ • Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools, SOPs, and utility KPIs
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
∎ • Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities & Context:

As part of our continued growth and focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Washing & Dyeing Division.- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of washing, dyeing, and finishing machinery (e.g., soft
∎ flow dyeing machine, hydro extractor, dryers, washers, etc.).
∎ - Ensure optimal performance of utilities including boilers, compressors, pumps, blowers, and chillers.
∎ - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
∎ - Coordinate with production and utility teams for seamless machine operations.
∎ - Maintain documentation and daily maintenance logs.
∎ - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
∎ - Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
∎ - Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements for efficiency.
