∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day to day operations
∎ Ensure smoothly running of machines (Lift, Generator, and AC) etc.
∎ To maintain an operational checklist and
∎ Submit Incident Report as per requirement
∎ Provide technical leadership in reviewing the constructability of the MEP design to meet the purpose and functionality of the building to the client's requirements.
∎ Work with our in-house design team for fine-tuning the design deliverables
∎ Prepare design development report fortnightly basis and present to the management.
∎ Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
∎ Track and inspect all MEP related installation activities to ensure conformance with the project schedule, compliance with the contract documents, approved coordination drawings and associated costs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
