Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify problem of the Sewing machine and trouble shooting
∎ Provide mechanical supports to garments manufacturing unit.
∎ Assist to overall operation of the machineries at optimum speed.
∎ Capable for fault findings and installation of mechanical equipment.
∎ Implement maintenance policies and procedures for the plant and machineries of garments.
∎ Efficient in performing preventive, breakdown, schedule maintenance.
∎ Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly.
∎ Approve requisition to draw spare parts from the store from maintenance purpose.
∎ To ensure the documentation of technical procedures and processes.
∎ To conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement and resolutions of Manufacture's problem including processes, problem of machine
∎ Take action in case of production related/ machine related problems in the factory and solve accordingly.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per compliance for garments mechanical part.
∎ Perform assigned tasks carefully & flawlessly and keenly follow instructions of the superiors in the assigned department within the company rules.
∎ Carry out any others jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ Team Working and Good Interpersonal skills
∎ Good communication and leadership skill.
∎ Strong Knowledge in computer applications and CAD Drawing
∎ Problem solving skills with ability to analyze and recommend solutions on problems
∎ Candidates MUST demonstrate strong eagerness to serve the company in the long run
