Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ 2-3 years or more experience of relevant work in the construction field.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.)
∎ HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting work
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and check all assigned project Mechanical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One-line diagrams, Mechanical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
∎ Lead the planning, design, and execution of building construction and maintenance projects.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
∎ Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues promptly.
∎ Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
∎ Design heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems based on project requirements.
∎ Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
∎ Fighting / Fire protection system design & implementation.
∎ Supervise installation and integration of fire protection systems.
∎ Coordinate water distribution and water transmission.
∎ Cooling load calculation, BOQ Calculations.
∎ Analyze environmental conditions, insulation factors, and heat loads to optimize system efficiency.
∎ Maintain detailed project documentation, including design reports, site progress reports, and quality control records.
∎ Proper Coordination with Consultant, Client or Engineering Team for related design & support to execute the plan.
∎ Manage subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
∎ Liaise with suppliers to procure mechanical components, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
∎ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior Engineers, including designers, contractors, and project managers to develop mechanical design solutions for construction projects.
∎ Any other project-related task assigned by management.
